We take this opportunity to thank you for building us our lovely new home. We are settled in now and are enjoying living in our new home.
We say 'thank you' for the professional way in which the construction of the house was conducted. We liked the way that you were always contactable and always ready to help us with any questions and enquiries that we had. We always felt we were important. There were lots of opportunities for us to say what we wanted, and we were able to express our wishes easily and we felt we were listened to.
Uta, you were very helpful and professional when you assisted with the choosing of the tiles and floor coverings etc. We are very pleased with the result. The house looks clean and fresh and that is just what we wanted. Our home has a very calming effect on us.
Nick, the supervisor conducted himself in a professional manner at all times. We found Nick to be very knowledgeable and had some good ideas that he shared with us.
All of your subcontractors were very professional to deal with and were happy to share some of their ideas as well. Their work was of a high standard.
All of this has meant that we are now living in a lovely new home that we are proud to live in. We have both noticed the quality of the locks, doors, screens, windows, pergola etc. and things in general. Our home feels sturdy and safe.

We are writing to express our utmost thanks and gratitude for the excellent job done in the building of our home.
We have been impressed from the outset with the level of assistance given with the building of the home which continued throughout the various stages of the project. At the initial stages we were appreciative of the assistance provided with the design of the home at which time you suggested ideas which not only enhanced the plan of the house but also saved money by preventing any unnecessary expense.
We were especially pleased with your expediency in attending to matters raised at various stages of construction and it seemed that nothing was too much trouble for you at all. We felt that dealings with you and the tradespeople were always relaxed and friendly and were appreciative of advice that was always willingly offered.
One of the features of the process was the assistance and guidance given by Uta with the selection of tiles and floor coverings which contributed greatly to the achievement of quality finish.
We have lived in the house for just over a week now and would like to know that we are elated with it in every respect; the design the structure and the finish. The appearance and colours are great.
