This home was a very individual concept to mirror our clients’ imaginings. Our clients had built four homes previously in South Australia so were seasoned pro’s when it comes to the understanding of what is needed to construct the home of their dreams.

The allotment chosen by our clients had a northern frontage and aspect. So, the house plan’s layout is designed to bring the living areas of the home to the front of the house to access the northern winter sun and open up the living area to the northern rural views.
